此行程目的讓親子探索生態保育與歷史古蹟的雙重意義。了解留下來的歷史的印記外，同時讓繁忙的都市人有機會親親大自然，舒展身心。

 

The purpose of this itinerary allows Parent-child to explore the ecological conservation and historic relics. Understand the imprints of history. Enable people to relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

上午於指定地點集合，由粵語導遊帶領陪同帶領乘坐旅遊專車出發沙田曾大屋

中午前往沙田麗豪酒店【龍門客棧】享用精選上海特色餐

餐後前屯門新生互動農場遊覧，園內製作有機香草肥皂及學習有機盆栽培苗

遊覧完畢後，由粵語導遊帶領陪同帶領乘旅遊巴返回集合地點解散。

Meet-up our Cantonese-speak tour guide at the designated location in the morning. Departs to Sha Tin Tsang Tai Uk.

At noon, we will enjoy lunch with Shanghai-style in Regal riverside hotel Shatin(Dragon inn restaurant)

After lunch, we will visit the Tuen Mun New Life Interactive Farm, making organic vanilla soap and learning organic pot planting seedlings.

After the tour, we will back to the meeting point and disband with the tour leader.

其建築集防禦和抗敵於一身，十分具歷史研究的價值，外形猶如一座堡壘，風格源自曾氏五華老家。總圍牆用上花崗石、青磚等材料。而四角則設有三層高的碉堡，用作防禦盜賊，具歷史研究價值。

whose architecture integrates defense and resistance to the enemy. It is very valuable for historical research. Its appearance is like a fortress, and its style comes from the home of Zeng’s Wuhua. Granite, blue brick and other materials are used for the general enclosure.

On the four corners, there are three-storey bunkers, which are used as defense against thieves and have historical research value.

Tuen Mun New Life Interactive Farm

農場佔地4.1公頃，設有不同主題的教育及觀景區，包括有機農業展覽館、有機香草園、有機蔬菜種植區、本草園及有機仙人掌園等。由導賞員沿途為遊人介紹及講解有機種植及環保知識，並透過互動及講解，讓參觀者學習有機種植概念，親自體驗農場的樂趣，以及學習以自然素材製作大自然手工藝，增加對大自然的保育意識。

The 4.1 hectares New Life Interactive Farm has different themed educational zones and lookout areas, including: Organic Agricultural Exhibition Gallery, Organic Herbs Garden, Organic Farming Zone, Butterfly Garden, Chinese Herbs Garden and Organic Cactus Garden. Tour guides will introduce the concept of organic farming and environmental protection while leading the visitors to tour around the farm. Fun-packed interactive activities and games would give the visitors the enjoyment of organic farming.
